The Airporthotel Berlin-Adlershof is located on Rudower Chaussee in the Adlershof science and technology park (WISTA) in the south-east of Berlin, around 9 km from BER airport. Adlershof S-Bahn station is about 400 m away, a walk the hotel puts at around 10 minutes, with lines S9 and S85 running directly to the terminal. The three-star property offers 101 rooms and 57 apartments, a bar, a gym and a reception staffed around the clock.
Who it’s for
- Budget-conscious travellers: depending on dates, rooms start at approx. €70, usually cheaper than the hotels right at the terminal.
- Business travellers: the hotel sits in the middle of the Adlershof technology park and offers two meeting rooms for up to 100 people.
- Longer stays: 57 apartments and discounts for stays of 7 nights or more make it a good base for multi-day stops.
- Early flights by S-Bahn: breakfast from 6:00 on weekdays, 24-hour reception; the S9 heads towards the airport from about 3:00 in the morning.
- Less suitable if you want to walk to the terminal or need a hotel shuttle.
Getting there from the terminal
From the station beneath Terminal 1, S-Bahn lines S9 and S85 run towards the city; get off at Adlershof after five stops. The ride takes around 18 minutes, and each line runs every 20 minutes during the day. From the station it is roughly 400 m along Rudower Chaussee to the hotel, which the hotel puts at about 10 minutes on foot. There is no hotel shuttle. By taxi it is about 11 km via the A113 motorway, a drive of roughly 15 minutes.

- Breakfast buffet with organic products plus vegetarian and vegan options: Mon–Fri 6:00–10:00, weekends and public holidays 7:00–11:00.
- Check-in from 3 pm (earlier by arrangement), check-out until noon; late check-out can be booked.
- The hotel has just six of its own spaces at €15 per day; alternatively there is a multi-storey car park right next to the hotel, plus street parking nearby.
