Closest are car parks P1 (at the Terminal 1 check-in) and P2. The drive-up rate (paid at the machine, no online pre-booking) is from € 280 for 7 days, with a published daily cap from € 70. The currently advertised early-bird discount of up to 20% applies to car park P3 and car park P107 when booked at least 4 months ahead; check the remaining offer conditions when booking. Car parks P3, P7 and P8, a short walk from Terminals 1 and 2, charge from € 199 per week without pre-booking, while open-air P6 without a height restriction charges from € 139. The multi-storey car parks have a 2 m height limit. An online booking uses the registered number plate, but a paper ticket is also issued at entry; P104 opens with the booking QR code. The short-term forecourt in front of the terminal is explicitly ticketless.
Cheaper options involve a walk: P104 costs from € 112 per week without pre-booking and is about a 12 min walk from the terminals. Long-term car park P107 is about 1.7 km away (approx. 25 min on foot) and costs from € 89 per week. Alternatives at the former Terminal 5 are P54 (multi-storey, from € 199) and P56 (open air, from € 139). A paid external shuttle runs from there; BER quotes roughly ten minutes on the shuttle from P56. Allow extra time for the walk and waiting.
Several private car parks around BER include a shuttle to the terminal. McParking in Berlin-Bohnsdorf has more than 3,000 spaces in a multi-storey car park and a fenced, monitored outdoor lot with 24/7 staff; the shuttle runs every 20 min and takes about 10 minutes according to the provider. McParking does not publish a permanently valid weekly rate on its information page, so request the price for your travel dates. Dein Stellplatz offers over 2,100 spaces at two sites, shuttle included (approx. 5–7 min ride), currently from € 40.90 for seven days. Easy Airport Parking is about 3.5 km from the terminal; the shuttle runs from 3:30 am to 12:30 am roughly every 30 minutes and takes under five minutes. Book online early: the currently advertised early-bird discount of up to 20% applies to P3 and P107 when booked at least 4 months ahead; check the remaining offer conditions in the booking flow. A standard pre-booking must be completed at least 2 hours before entry. From 1 December 2026, all BER car parks will accept cashless payment only. Enter your number plate correctly and keep the paper ticket issued at entry; at P104, use the QR code from the booking. With shuttle providers, check frequency and operating hours and allow a 30–45 min buffer for transfer and waiting. Also check cancellation terms: the cheapest budget tariffs are sometimes non-refundable. Vehicles taller than 2 m fit only on areas without height restrictions, such as P6, P104 or P107.
At the Terminal 1 drop-off and pick-up roads (departures and arrivals level) you can stop for 10 minutes free of charge, up to three times within 8 hours.
