The reliable option with a published hourly rate is one of the four NapCabs in Terminal 1. Hotel rooms for the same day depend on the travel date and a confirmed offer. There is no permanent list of time slots and starting prices.
The four NapCabs are at the airport railway station on level U1 of Terminal 1. They are in the public area before security. A boarding pass is not needed there, but transit passengers must be legally able to reach the area. Each cabin has a bed, a small desk, Wi-Fi, USB ports and a touchscreen for light and temperature.

Hotels may offer rooms for arrival and departure on the same day. Booking platforms change the properties, time windows, currency and prices continually. Do not rely on an old market overview.
A useful offer states the hotel, date, earliest arrival, latest departure, total price and cancellation terms. Then check the journey from the terminal to the hotel and back. The room is a real option only if both journeys and all controls fit within the confirmed window.
The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Berlin and IntercityHotel BER Terminal 1+2 are directly by the terminal. Their official sites currently publish regular stays with check-in from 3 p.m., but no fixed day-room rate. Ask the hotel for an offer with arrival and departure on the same day. Do not plan around it until the time window and price are confirmed in writing.
If you are staying overnight, ask the booked hotel about early check-in or late check-out. Availability, time and surcharge vary by booking. Compare the written confirmation with a separate same-day offer.
Luggage storage on level U1 costs from € 10.50 per item for up to four hours and from € 18.50 for up to 24 hours. The airport publishes no opening hours for the counter. Check that drop-off and collection fit your flights before relying on it.
